Ok they are more often listened to rather than read as I’m a great fan of Audible. I like to have the physical book to use as reference, but I consume the books as audio files. People write books to spread the word, to help others and to share their experiences. So don’t be afraid of pinching their ideas….think of it as Inspiration not plagiarism!
