Worth ethic and planning are not substitute for Passion and Vision.
People need leading, they need someone who is able to create and communication a vision of the future so clearly if feels like a reality.
They also need energising, motivating and filling with excitement and a hunger for success.
People who work hard, plan and deliver tasks well and manage projects are very importing within a business but that cannot take that business forward.
Leaders lead….Managers manage.
